Project

PHILADELPHIA FEDERAL

For this project, we brought a sense of adventure to a historical foundation. Our client—a family of four with two young boys—loved color. We were determined to capture a playful boldness without detracting from its traditional bones. Through the intentional use of vibrant colors (window details, area rug, wallpaper, and, of course, that one-of-a-kind bathroom paint), this home received a big personality that’s fitting for a fun family.

This project demonstrates the power that comes from the intentional use of saturated color. When you see color in this home (like the dining room wallpaper or sofa throw pillows), it pops.

With the right team, design risks can bring a space to life. We love how Philadelphia Federal communicates a vibrant interpretation of history, and we appreciate our clients for trusting the MPD vision.
