While this home’s look is one of a kind, we’d describe it as midcentury with a touch of Paris. From a design standpoint, Spruce Estate has it all—decadent enough to feel special, cozy enough to feel comfortable—and we genuinely love how everything came together. A visual treat with ample use of texture, this home will feel fresh for years to come, and it continues to make the MPD team proud.

Our clients directly inspire the work we do. For Spruce Estate, we created a gallery wall using the owners’ art collection, which adds a personal touch.
